Create drive time polygons based on closest location

Is there a way to create polygons around point locations based on the closest drive time? 

I have recently used the Thiessen polygon tool to create polygons around point locations in which the polygon represents an area where that particular point is closer than any other point. Is it possible to do similar analysis, but with drive time? I would like areas around each point where that location is closer than any other based on drive time.

Yes, you can do this with Network Analyst using the Service Area solver.  Here is a tutorial for Service Area: Visualize the reachable area with Service Area—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation 

To visualize the area closest to each facility, you should use the Split option for the output geometry.  The tutorial has a section demonstrating this.
