Con | Inputting Band Values as conditional statement

Heyho!

Given a raster consisting of 3 Bands (RGB), how do I query the 3 values inside the geoprocessing tool interface ? The cells will only take one value and combining statements like shown in the picture below also doesn't seem to work. VALUE is also the only field available.
