I just upgraded to ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and now I can't open existing files created in 2.9. Any help would be appreciated.

+1 for updating the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable driver to solve this issue. I had the same problem and this is the fix Esri tech support recommended and it worked for me.
