I was using ArcGIS Pro with offline license on a personal computer but I got it stolen. Now I bought a new computer but I cannot activate the license on this new computer. It says that I’m already using the license offline and I cannot see an option to deactivate it online and reactivate on a new computer.
Is there anyway to solve this issue? Please help

Since you have taken it offline, your only option is to contact Tech Support so that they can verify your license

I agree with Dan, it would probably be best for you to contact Technical Support so they can verify some deatails about the license and potentially help reset it as well. This scenario actually happens more often than one would think so there are processes in place for when it happens.
