can not remove Tiling in Print Layout

The Paper size is set to 36"x36" but the preview shows tiling that prints just a section of the top right corner of the whole map.

I want the print to fit the whole page. what am I setting up wrong?

I didn’t have so many printing issues when printed in ArcDesktop!!!!!!!!!

If you change the tiling option to Fit to Paper Size it should work.
