Hello! I'm working on creating a map showing the progression of textile mills and railroads in West Georgia from 1843-1911 for my thesis/work (westgatextiletrail.com). I'm wanting to animate not only the full regional map but smaller inset maps all at once. I've figured out how to do each one individually, but is there any way to do them all at once? Yesterday was my first day starting ArcGIS Pro, so I apologize if this is an easy fix!

Did you read the help file links?

Manage multiple animations in a map—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

is one example.  This should get you in the help topic catagories table of contents to the left when the link is open

I read this webpage before, but it doesn't seem to explain how to make
several animations play at once across data frames. If I'm missing
something I apologize, I got a GIS certificate in my undergrad but I'm in
grad school for public history and not geosciences, so I'm definitely a
beginner still!

Never seen that capability.  Perhaps it doesn't exist

I've been able to do it in ArcMap but with the entire scene flashing during
each time change, wasn't sure if it was a feature of ArcPro as well. Thanks!
