ArcGIS Pro 9.0: How two columns of points are transferred as two fields in the attribute table of polygon layer?

As per the screenshot (and the attached data):

• I have a data that is generated in point layer and polygon layer
• Each feature of the point layer lies next to a feature from the polygon layer

Now, how the two columns of the point layer are transferred as two fields in the attribute table of the polygon layer?

If the others are in a table, Join based on autocad color, then calculate field to get the joined data into the new columns

Unfortunately, the points don’t have the same colors as their corresponding polygons

I doubt you can join on the coordinates, which would leave manual editing I suppose.
