ArcGIS Pro 2.9: tif imagery fails to respect its world file (tfw),

  • I got a tif imagery with no world file.
  • The “Export Raster World File” is performed to create its tfw
  • The xy values available in tfw file are replaced with x=1, y=1
  • The imagery doesn’t move to the new place x=1, y=1

What could be the issue here? Why it fails to move according to its tfw

The imagery can be found here:

https://www.mediafire.com/file/nh4k09n3w46msxp/MOLG_2021_ITM_01_17.zip/file

What could be the issue here?

maybe you didn't set Pro to use world files?
