ArcGIS Pro 2.8.4: How to get multiple fields migrated to the attribute table of the raster as a polygon layer is converted to raster?

I observed that only one field is migrated to the attribute table of the raster as a polygon layer is converted to raster. Is there a way to migrate all the fields of the polygon layer to the attribute table of the raster?

The data is attached

You just need to run the Join Field tool afterwards.

Join Field (Data Management)

Summary

Joins the contents of a table to another table based on a common attribute field. The input table is updated to contain the fields from the join table. You can select which fields from the join table will be added to the input table.
