ArcGIS Pro 2.7: The “extend” tool fails to extend particular lines,

I couldn’t figure out why “extend” tool fails to extend particular lines.

What could be the issue here?

Could you try:

1. Collapse circles to point features
2. Use the Snap tool against the Lines, setting the Snap Enviroment to "END"
