ArcGIS Pro 2.5: How to get the “measure distance” pane floated?

I’m not sure if there is an option to get the “measure distance” pane floated as it is used to be in ArcMap?

It is on float already.... you just have to move your mouse to get the "moving" cursor

I hovered over the bottom edge of the “measure distance” pane but never get the “move” sign! It is fixed on the upper left corner and can’t be moved

I have to agree with Jamal, I'm not experiencing any GUI that allows me to drag the little measuring panel around the screen as you have suggested. Mine, like Jamal's, stays firmly in the top left! I'm using ArcPro 2.5.1

I do agree with you, this issue is solved in 2.6.0 Beta version.
