I know it should be easy and simple but I have a trouble how to fix the reference scale I need to modify. I know I have done this in ArcGIS Map but not in Pro
I create a few Annotation file geodatabse and I did them in Catalog Pane in Pro
Can anyone help me ?
I have read the ArcGIS Pro Help online but doesn't help me at all and I have look it around....
