Adjust ArcPro 3D Scene Interactive Edit Control Handles

Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the transparency of the 3D Scene Interactive Control Handles? 

I would like to make them about 50% transparent so as to see through them and view the feature being edited.

Can this be done? 

I realize that I can simply move the view around and get a different vantage point for different viewing. 

Can I make these less opaque and slightly transparent?
