Add Folder in Catalog pane starts, but crashes ArcGIS Pro while loading.

New install of ArcGIS Pro, Windows 11.  Start project with blank template.  Want to add existing folder, so in Catalog pane/folders, I right-click, select AddFolder.  UI pane starts, but update stops and Error reporting tool pops up.  No recovery.  It 'appears' that I can't use existing data.

Hints on how to fix?

In this particular instance, I resorted to a Windows refresh/repair.  Then reinstalled ArcGIS Pro.  Runs beautifully now.
