Activation of ArcGIS

Hello,

Having installed Arc
GIS software (I think), I cannot open the programme. I'm told I I am not Licensed. However I am a SINGLE USER and as far as I can tell as Administrator, I have myself a License ?????

At no stage during the process have been requested to give/enter any other details such as Reference ID or Global Esri customer Number. I feel I'm just going round in circle for the last 6 hrs.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it a Personal Use license? ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro?

It would be best to contact Esri Support to guide you through the process.

Have you taken license in offline mode? Do you want to activate ArcMap or
ArcGIS Pro?

Same time just drop an email to customer care from your registered email
id. They will check the licenses which are available on given email id.
