AcGIS Pro 2.8.2: The label of a polygon appears in other polygons despite the level of zoom,

In the screenshot below, I couldn’t figure out why label 30 still appears in all other polygons despite the level of zoom. In return, label 10 performs correctly.

What could be the issue here?

But how it works as expected in ArcMap with no such issue?

There is no overlap between polygon # 30 and #35 as per the screenshot below. And even if there is an overlap, the two labels should appear only at the area of overlap but not everywhere!

But how come labels are placed correctly and as expected in ArcMap without the need to perform the “repair geometry” tool?
