When updating data source, provide option to overwrite TOC alias

When updating a data source, the layer name in the TOC stays the same. Sometimes this is OK, but other times I'd rather have it update so I know what I'm working with. This is especially true when the TOC name is unchanged from its data source, and changing the source to something different could be misleading. A toggle could be added to the Change Data Source box that overwrites the TOC alias. That way, users wouldn't have to manually rename their layers, and they'd get the catalog layer name as they do when adding fresh data.

If a batch option is added, it would make sense for that tool to have it, too.
