Sice Pro can't use legacy annotations after importing mxd we have to upgrade them.
So my suggestion is to make upgrade directly on the database. For now, we have to open the database, select all annotation layers then clic run. Why not just make it easy by allowing the process of all included elements in the database. At least, make un button to select all in the batch.
It's not for saving time ( run take hours so) but to remove error on the selection process.
