Separate Panes so they aren't grouped together

It would be awesome if the geoprocessing pane, the catalog pane, the symbology pane, etc could be separated instead of grouped together. For example I want to drag and drop folder locations from the catalog pane into the geoprocessing pane but have to tab back and forth since they are all grouped together.   

Unless this is already possible and I missed it!

Yes, this is possible. I knew it. I have been using it for the last couple of years

Ah, so the answer is to grab the actual tab at the bottom, then you can separate the panes.  The video is so fast it wasn't clear that's what the user was doing.  Also, because it helps me, when answering questions just saying "It's possible" doesn't help a slow learner like me know HOW it is possible or exactly where to click!
