Run ModelBuilder outside of ArcGIS-Pro

The ability to create a model in ModelBuilder but run it as a GUI from outside of ArcGIS-pro (meaning without opening the program).

For example after creating a model the user would be able to export it to a file like ".exe" that could be run independently

So how would you envisage it interacting with selections on layers?

Thus could work with basic inputs such as a raster, shapefiles etc.
Most of the times I don't use ModelBuilder with complex tasks, because it
is inferior to arcpy in this field. But ModelBuilder os very useful for
simple but repetative tasks and sometimes opening the program simply to run
this simple tasks is time consuming
