Users should be allowed to rename features classes participating in a topology. Workaround: 1. delete the topology, 2. rename feature classes, 3. recreate topology, 4. add topology rule, 5. validate, 6. add topology rule, 7. validate, 8-27 = hell. Given that topology creation within an enterprise geodatabase is so error-filled, this is very inefficient.
