Open SaveItemDialog with default file name

Currently you can set the SaveItemDialog to open with a default initial directory and extension, but you cannot set a default file name. This would be really helpful because a suggested file name could be generated based on the command selected by the user, so that the user isn't forced to create a name from scratch. As a bonus, this should be easy to implement. The FilePath property, which is inexplicably read-only, could be changed to read/write.

Yes, please! We develop multiple tools, and I believe we should be able to pre-populate the SaveItemDialog with a name relevant to the tool that opened it.
