Make Table View — Default name should be suffixed with "_TableView"

The Make Table View tool automatically generates the output table view's Table Name parameter using the suffix "_View".

I think a suffix of "_TableView" would be more intuitive than just "_View". In our organization, a "view" is a database view, not a table view, so that would cause confusion for users.

Other geoprocessing tools that produce feature layers or table views have more descriptive default names. For example, Make Query Table's default name is "QueryTable".
