ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1 Home Use
After opening ArcGIS Pro:
I want to use a GP tool like Select By Attributes (in the attribute table) or a custom tool (Selection to Definition Query). However, I need to wait ~30 seconds for the tool to open (parameters aren't yet visible). Once any GP tool has been initially opened/loaded, then all other tools are fast to open. That makes me think that GP tools don't get automatically initialized when ArcGIS Pro is first opened.
Could GP tools automatically initialize behind the scenes when ArcGIS Pro is opened to avoid the user waiting when opening a tool? I would think most ArcGIS Pro sessions would involve some kind of GP tool, even if it's just Select By Attributes in the attribute table.
