Image Analyst Extract Video Frames To Images tool should export comprehensive MISB metadata to csv.
Currently, the tool outputs individual frames and two csv files with some corresponding exterior orientation information.
The csv file output should include all available MISB encoded metadata. Alternatively it should give the user the option to select a desired subset of the total available metadata.
MISB compliant FMV is a rich dataset, but converting it to still frames loses external orientation parameters required for common photogrammetry workflows.
