Please add the ability to create folders under the Bookmarks menu. I frequently get calls from the public and must quickly zoom to an area on the map, such as freeway intersections, common areas, islands, etc as shown below. With a long list I must scroll forever before I find the bookmark I want. Folders would give me more efficient use of time! Thanks!

If this does not become implemented, you might want to consider using data driven pages?

Kind of a workaround, but you could save a set of bookmarks (e.g: Intersections) and load that one for that type of request.  If you converted your bookmarks to My Places you'd be able to do the same thing, but have a set of locators that persist from one map document to the next.

I don't use them, so I can't say how applicable it is, but iot looks you could also use Address Locators to very quickly use the Find tool to zoom to results for say "Exit 238"

Adding folders to My Places would also be a nice enhancement.

I second the idea for nested bookmarks in both drawing bookmarks and 'my places'!

Hope this is "under consideration" for ArcGIS Pro also.
