Maps exported from ArcMap as PDFs appeared in the 'Recent Files' list in Windows File Explorer which made it easy to open or attached to emails etc. ArcPro does not do this, which adds a lot of clicks (to an already click-heavy software package). Layouts exported via Export Map should appear in Windows File Explorer "Recent Files" list.
It woud be great if exported layouts could show up in Windows Quick Access or Recent Items for quick emailing (and otger uses), like kmls do. That way, as soon as a map is created it can be attached in an email by going straight to Quick Acess rather than searchng for the file.
