Each time Explorer is started it changes the theme to Windows Basic. Right now it seems difficult to have it not to do that.
Give the user a choice, to keep the current theme, or switch to the Basic theme (for improved performance, by decreasing windows visual 'candies').
Perhaps make it a setting.
