Enhance ArcMap Editor toolbar, Validate Features tool

If your selection contains any invalid features, a message box will appear with the number of invalid features.
Only those features that are invalid will remain selected.

- improve performance when validating large selection sets;
- improve invalid features message;
- Add option to list all invalid features and have a more detailed description of why the feature is invalid;
- make same enhancements to ArcObjects IValidate;
