Create and Restore Road Networks through XML in Geodatabase Designer

In Geodatabase Designer you are able to extract geometric network, topology, relationships, etc to XML.

The XML export can be used to restore the a geometric network, topology etc. with the same setup as the original.

This is a really usefull functionality, but why is Road Networks omited from this functionality?

Please include the same XML export/import of Road Networks in Geodatabase Designer.
