Going from 3.3.x to 3.4 will see this fun little message rear its head again.

Please create a tool that can be run from both the latest version and a reasonable previous version to show what exactly will be impacted.
With the large number of bug fixes and new features in 3.4 it is basically impossible to know what exactly will be impacted by an project upgrade.
Due to the already interesting bugs some are seeing in Pro, I suspect many places will be running multiple versions of Pro to cover their productivity. A tool like this will make managing complex sites a lot simpler.
