Change the default text from Aerial in the legend

Hi Esri Inc,

Having the ability to change the default font setting in the legend dialog box upon creation would be excellent for users who use different font types as their default font. This would be much more efficient then having to change the font each time a new item is added to the legend.

This would make my life much easier and save me a HUGE amount of time. The legend tool manages to default to the correct text size, I don't know why it can't do the same for text type.

Surely not every ESRI only uses Aerial!
