Change Pro to always show legend text symbol font size

Please change the legend properties processes to always show the font size of a selected layer.

For reasons unknown the default behaviour is to hide the font size when you have the legend properties open and select a legend layer in the contents panel.

So this is done on purpose, because the different text in a legend item can have different sizes. If all the text (headings, layer names, descriptions, etc) is the same size the size is shown. If the text is all set to different sizes, the controls go blank because they can't display multiple sizes.

@AubriOtis I am aware of the design decision and do not agree with it.
There are other ways to indicate to a user that the font property is different between different layers/headings/etc.

Please show all the font properties at all times and work with your professional UI designers to come up with a more intuitive way to show the user what is going on so that we can be more efficient.
