Catalog sort ascending - keep numbers in order

When ordering items by name in the catalog, numerical items appear out of order. Ex:
It's putting the 4.teens first because they start with a 1 (there is no map 4.1-4.4 in this project).
This is not desirable as it scrambles the order of your items and makes it harder to find what you're looking for. While I could adopt a 4.0X naming convention, this would be inconsistent with how our documents are published. A sort order like Windows Explorer would be preferred:
