With the SDK, it should be possible to get the current position in x,y, and z of the Stereo Cursor (get ground point).
It should also be possible to set the current position in x,y, and z of the Stereo Cursor (set ground point).
Setting the ground point programmatically after stereo images have been loaded or project has been reopened, the user doesn't have to manually adjust the height of the Stereo Cursor, which can be very cumbersome.
With ArcGIS Pro SDK 3.x it is possible to get the mouse position (ground point) in the Stereo Map, both in a Custom Tool and in a Custom Button. It is not possible, however, to set the mouse position.
