Allow some fields to be excluded from reconciling

Let the user configure which fields can be excluded from being reconciled.  For example, we get many conflicts on Date Modified and Last User.  It would be very helpful if these fields were skipped over in the reconcile process and therefore reducing the number of conflicts.

I agree. When we reconcile by column most of the time these are the only fields that by column have a conflict. Having a way to exclude these fields when reconciling would be very helpful when reconciling.
