Fix issue with applying Rotate and Flip transformations to inserted pictures from Graphics toolbar (Rotate Left, Rotate Right, Flip Horizontally and Flip Vertically).
I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. This was identified as a software bug many years ago. When the dataframe is rotated, the inserted picture/image gets all distorted.
