Add side scroll bars to context menus and/or make them respond to wheel mice. It is very annoying to impatient geographers like me when we are trying to add a toolbar or customization and we have to wait for the menus to scroll at a predefined speed. For example, if I am trying to add XTools to my interface, I have to open the toolbars menu, hover over the down arrow and wait about a minute for it to scroll down to the XTools extension.
