Thank you for your suggestion, and apologies for the very late reply to this idea. At this time, we are closing the idea as the enhancement pertains specifically to the Concurrent User license model. This model is being retired as per https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/arcgis-pro-concurrent-licensing-retiring/td-p/138.... Thank you for your understanding.
