Idea: Add a Report template or "details grid" Report element to Pro for generating a photo sheet to display photo attachments with captions in a grid format that allows multiple features per row/page. Users should be able to specify how many features they want to include per page.
Users should also be able to specify whether the template should display one attachment per feature or all attachments. If the user chooses to display one attachment, they should be able to specify how to select the attachment when features have multiple attachments. I think they should be able to select "first," "last," or provide a filename filter of some sort.
Users should also be able to use dynamic text to construct the caption for each feature/photo using feature attributes.
Example:
Reason: There is currently no way to easily create a report to display the photos we collect in the field using Field Maps in a compact format that can be included in a PDF report (the Attachment Viewer Instant App works great as a web-based solution). Currently Pro's Reports functionality appears to be limited to displaying data and attachments for only one feature per page or one feature per row. There is no way to display data and attachments for multiple features across columns.
Use case: Many different types of environmental studies require biological and cultural surveys. In my workplace, biologists, arborists, archaeologists, paleontologists, and architectural historians use Field Maps to survey a project site, creating observations points, recording attributes for each observation, and attaching one or more photos. Then they return to the office, where GIS staff download the survey data, export the photos, and create map figures showing numbered observation locations. Our Graphics team then prepares a photo sheet displaying a numbered photo for each of the mapped observation locations with a caption describing the photo. These maps and corresponding photo sheets are required by government agencies for permitting and compliance. I would say we produce them weekly in my office and I am sure other environmental consulting companies do something similar.
Preparing those photo sheets is not a problem when there are 5 or 10 photos, but sometimes surveys have hundreds of observations and corresponding photos, and the photo sheets are extremely tedious and time consuming to prepare. We though that since we have all the data in a feature class with photos attached, there should be an easy way to automate the report export in Pro, but based on these two recent community posts, I don't think the possibility currently exists:

Re: Multiple "Details" sections on one report page... - Esri Community
I'm currently working on developing a VBA macro in Word to solve the problem, but it would be so much more efficient if I could use a report template in Pro.
