A common cartographic technique is to specify a polygon boundary color that is a highly saturated color and a polygon fill color that is a less saturated version of the same color. I would like to specify a color ramp for polygons, and have the symbolization for each polygon be a more (outline) and less (fill) saturated version of the color from the ramp.
