Ability to Keep a Sort Order As Default

It would be nice to set a particular sort order as default similar to how you can do it in Windows. Like, if if it's set to `Date Modified` then it stays that way rather than going back to `Catalog Sort`. `Catalog Browsing` under `Options` doesn't have this option either.
