  • Do you have new users that are new to editing parcels in ArcGIS Pro?
  • Do you want to promote best practices and make workflows more efficient?
  • Getting tired of reading manuals?
  • Do you want to use the business language instead of using 'command talk'?

This video shows how to import a task item that contains multiple tasks for record-driven workflows.

Is there a video to show how to create a new simple task?

Authoring a task is easy - watch this video and I am sure you will master it pretty quickly.

When I use the tools from Task I can't use the Undo button.

Is there anyway to turn on Undo?

Undo should be available for task steps.

Is there a specific tool where undo fails?

I use Tasks to turn segmented line into an arc.

First step is Merge Points and Undo is undoing the step but is not putting back the original points and lines.

Second step is Align features to turn the line into an arc.  Undo doesn't put back the line, but if I Undo both steps I can go back to the Original Points and Arcs.

On the other hand when I created the Task I pointed Merge Points from the Quick Access toolbar and Align Features together with Update COGO from Parcel Record Workflow tab where I added my favorite tools .

These tools don't work anymore from that location.  I have to use tools from the drop down list if I need to use them after Task finishes and even if I close the task pane.
