I have a question about the clip.  When you clipped and created the remainder parcel the SE line measurements didn't add up.  Before the clip it was 152.15'.  The new parcel's length along that line is 75.5' making the remainder 76.65' but your video shows 77.51'.  Is that a bug or should we expect to go in and edit the distances on the remainder after doing a clip like this?
