When clicking on a polygon (after zooming down to that scale) and choosing Zoom To, it does not zoom to the expected location. This layer has been dissolved and has multi-part features so that we could keep our feature numbers as low as possible (especially under 1,000). When selecting a polygon it selects all other associated polygons -- and in ArcMap the Zoom To Selected Features goes to the extent of all the polygons associated with that record. In ArcGIS Online for Organizations, it seems to be zooming to one polygon or a small group of polygons instead that may not be near the originally selected polygon.
