I'm not sure if we are the only ones receiving this false message, but I was greeted this morning with the banner at the top saying Your organization has used all available credits

The credit status pane is constantly spinning and the status tab under Organisation has an error on the dashboard. I've raised a ticket and just putting this here in case anyone else is experiencing this.

Update: Be aware that all of our Notebooks are also disabled, so if you any scheduled tasks using python notebooks then I would check those as well. I doubt it is worth enabling them until ESRI have fixed the issue.

The problem here in Tilburg is solved,
everything works as normal

I'm having the same issue in the US.  Total remaining credits shows 0.00 and other parts of the interface are not working correctly.

And yet the ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard indicates that everything is A-OK.

This just happen to us too! Virginia here.

No logins to AGOL are working and maps are drawing with missing icons. Seems like most things related to ArcGIS online have issues this morning.

Seeing the same issues where with our organization account. Customer service says the issue has been identified and there is a team working on it.

It has definitely got worse. I've lost web pages saying they no longer exist, failed widgets, no maps, everything is just crumbling. This is all because of Amazon Web Services, even though they are supposedly resolved there's just so much traffic and requests that are causing big issues as it is all jammed up.
