I have many layers published in geoserver and have the WMS as well as WMTS links of the same. Some of our clients are using these links in their AGOL. WMTS links are working fine on AGOL, but WMS are not at all working. Its showing like invalid url or inaccessible. When we checked in the geoserver log, we found a error printed like "could not reduce the grid geometry inside the valid area bounds" (I have attached the screenshot of the error ). We are actually confused to give suggestion to our clients, kindly look into it and help us to find out the solution.
