We're trying to understand what ArcGIS Server version is running in ArcGIS Online, but it is not easy. We want to know if testing viewing and basic editing of feature layers and viewing map services and basemaps are equivalent in ArcGIS Server 10.8.x and ArcGIS Online, from a certification perspective (us trying to certify our own integration/map solution that we have with Esri).
Thanks for your reply! I actually found that page, but did not know how to properly interpret it, and it also confused me that it mentioned ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. Reading it now again, it seems to give me what I need 🙂
