I'm trying to use the Security Advisor at

It looks like it has lost its connection to the CSS.
Everything is messed up and the tool can't be used.

Having this same issue but on an Enterprise site. Did you have any luck resolving this? I added the new SA URL to the Allowed origins in Portal, but no luck.
Which browser? About all I can think of to try at this point is to ensure your browser cache is cleared, then try again (or try in an incognito/private window).
The "en" is automatically added, you can also try https://trust.arcgis.com but it shouldn't matter.
I'll try that and see what happens. We used EDGE and Chrome.
