Web Map Tile Grid Index, but Just the Grid?

I'm curious to know if anyone actually has a layer that shows a given location's identification in a web map grid index?

When I look at a tiled map service, I know that it's loading, say, tile 7/32/47, of whatever service I'm looking at. There are times, however, when I am looking at a location, and I'd like to know what its tile identifier would be in a given tile service. Or sometimes I want to know if a feature is crossing a tile "cut" line, to help diagnose display problems.

I'm aware of https://www.maptiler.com/google-maps-coordinates-tile-bounds-projection/, and I suppose what I want would be a vector representation of it.
